Lead and manage health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives at the Willow Field site. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures. Conduct risk assessments and safety audits. Provide HSE training and support to site personnel. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety. Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics. Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. Support emergency response planning and execution. Liaise with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in HSE practices. Prepare and present HSE reports to senior management. Mentor and guide junior HSE staff. Ensure alignment with ConocoPhillips' SPIRIT values.
